如何在欧洲保护商标?
欧洲注册商标的四种方式：
国家方式：如果需要在一个成员国保护商标，可以直接向相关国家知识产权局申请商标；
The regional route: if protection is needed in Belgium/Netherlands and/or Luxembourg, a trademark application can be made before the Benelux Office of Intellectual Property (BOIP);
地区途径：如需保护比利时/荷兰和/或卢森堡的商标，可向比荷卢知识产权局(BOIP)申请商标；
The European route: if protection is needed in several member states of the European Union (EU), a trademark application can be made for an EU trademark before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO);
欧洲方式：如果需要保护欧盟(EU)部分成员国的商标，可以向欧洲知识产权局(EUIPO)申请欧盟商标
国际方式：可以使用国家、地区或欧盟商标申请，将保护范围扩大到任何签署了《马德里议定书》的国家。
